I just wanted to come on and say how amazing it’s been for the last 6 or so months when dealing with this company
We first switched our German shepherd onto raw food as she was becoming extremely fussy and have recently transitioned our two huskies onto raw too!
I have only ever bought from GoRaw when it comes to my girls’ food and have found the company to have amazing quality food that my girls love! A convenient weekly delivery service which is great as I have limited freezer room and their customer service is flawless as well!
I have dealt with multiple staff who have called me to notify me that they do not have certain products and personally discuss over the phone what you would like to replace then etc, as well as today offering to send my food out on an extra delivery outside of my delivery day as the stock I need won’t be delivered until after my slot!
I have dealt with a Caitlin from the orders packing section and I have to say she is lovely! Always so helpful and again polite, nothing seems too much for these guys and I hope to never have to look else where!
